Implementation & Configuration:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors EC/ RCM/ ONB (any one)modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
System Administration:

Manage user access, data integrity, and system updates in SAP SuccessFactors.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within EC/RCM/ONB.
Recommend best practices and enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Training & Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.
Collaboration:

Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment of system functionalities with HR strategies and initiatives.
Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on any one of these module EC/ RCM/ONB.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience in system configuration, user support, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in EC/RCM/ONB.
Experience with data migration and integration processes.
Familiarity with reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors.
