Key responsibilities:

Manage and drive all CRs related to above 3 tools ownership to management
Perform all defined tasks of a
Business Owner & Product Owner for the Accenture Data Loader and Ingentis Org Manager
Product Owner for EC
Present and gather feedback from customer on tools and translate into new global business requirements and implementation stories
Work on new Org Manager view designs
Provide Training to customer on tool usage
Monthly updates preparation
Point person on VAIT topics for add-on tools

Qualifications

Strong academic track record; University degree preferably in IT administration or Project Management
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Advanced MS Office skills, JIRA is a plus
Project management (classical & agile) / SCRUM is a plus

Experience and Key skills

Strong understanding of IT Applications and Architecture
Experience in Product Management
Knowledge of HR Information Systems preferably SuccessFactors, Employee Central
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with customers
Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure
5+ years of experience in product management/application development or other related field
