Cimpress India is looking for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Integration Specialists across Mumbai and Bengaluru locations

Job Description. As an Integration Specialist on the HRIS team, you will lead the efforts to integrate ATS with SAP SuccessFactors and with other satellite applications. Considering the business requirements you will be responsible to build, test, deployment and post go-live support these integrations related items for our Talent Acquisition team. You will contribute to the overall success of our team by partnering with key stakeholders to develop our technology roadmap, delivering quality solutions that meet our company needs

Your Role Will Involve. Leading integration efforts and providing technical expertise to have seamless data movement from and into SAP SuccessFactors, the ATS and the satellite systems

Partnering with the HRIS team and multiple stakeholders in Human Resources and Business teams across the functions within the organization to understand their requirements and make sound recommendations for best-in-class system integration solutions, design and build scalable and seamless data movements within the systems

Performing configuration and testing tasks to deliver fixes, changes, improvements, and compliance

Building test plans, user training materials and system admin documentation

Participate in Change Management efforts by facilitating end-user and admin training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system

Supporting in communicating system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders

Providing support in the day-to-day operational needs

Participating in team ceremonies including stand-ups, retros, sprint planning and continuous feedback

Providing mentorship and coaching to less experienced team members

To Be Successful You Will Need. 6+ years of proven expertise in integrating SAP SuccessFactors application with deep knowledge of processes and systems associated with Recruitment, Onboarding Management and Employee Central modules

3+ years of experience with CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). Experience delivering HR System solutions on other HR areas such as Talent & Performance Management, Compensation Management, etc will be a plus

Expertise in understanding the data flow across the different SuccessFactors modules and integration with third-party systems (eg : Payroll, Benefits, AD etc ). Works effectively in a Global, remote environment with cross-functional team members and has outstanding listening, communication and influencing skills. Strong scoping/estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues

Expertise delivering across all phases of delivery: requirements gathering, assessment, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support

Thrives on momentum and experimentation. Were an agile team that constantly tries new things and need team members who are motivated by this and able to learn quickly. This also means you work well in ambiguity and changing environments

Desire and ability to continue to learn and work on new technologies
