Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Developer/Implementation Specialist


Experience: 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Oversee projects focused on payroll, compensation, and leave management using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Ensure the effective integration of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors for seamless employee data management and payroll processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for payroll and compensation processes.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring continuous improvement.
Manage configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of SAP SuccessFactors based on business needs.
Conduct user training and ensure proper documentation for all implemented solutions.
Required Skills:

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Implementation and Maintenance Projects.
Strong experience in SAP HCM with a focus on payroll, compensation, and leave management modules.
Proficiency in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation processes, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Solid understanding of HR processes and payroll compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
Proven track record in managing successful Employee Central Payroll projects.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
