We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management processes. Key responsibilities include:

Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors RCM solutions tailored to client requirements.
Integration: Collaborate with HR teams to integrate RCM with other modules and external systems.
User Support & Training: Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
Process Improvement: Analyze current recruitment processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align RCM strategies with overall HR goals.
Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RCM.
Proven experience in implementing and managing recruitment processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
