We, S2 Integrators are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central (EC) Module Specialist. Immediate joiner | candidate serving notice period | Interested candidates can apply. Below is the job description for your reference.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module to meet business requirements.
Provide expertise and guidance on the integration of the EC module with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless deployment.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and deliver user training sessions and documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices to ensure the system is leveraged to its fullest potential.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Participate in project planning, and status meetings, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience working with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing the EC module in a corporate environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Relevant certifications in the SAP SuccessFactors EC module are a plus.
