Orane Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned SAP SF consultant to join our dynamic team. As leaders in SAP services and digital transformation, we are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of HCM functionalities within SAP.

EMPLOYEE CENTRAL
3+ relevant years of experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)Core, EC-Benefits, Time Off, Timesheet and knowledge in integration with S4HANA and other 3rd Party tools.
At least 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
Strong experience in EC implementation project and collaboratively work with team across remote locations.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Good knowledge in handling Succession and Corporate Data models, should have configured MDF, Foundation objects.
Experience in creating workflows, Business rules as per the business needs.
EC reporting, Creating adhoc/advanced reports.
Experience in integrating EC with other modules like RCM, PMGM, etc.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
Proven experience in SAP SF consultancy with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and employee central processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
