Consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designs future-state processes, Align system solution while requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors, Provide functional technical support for integrations, Effectively participate in sales/ presales activities as the demand arises, Train coach junior consultants.
Should be ready to be deployed on projects (India Any city/ town, Overseas Middle East, Africa etc.).
Each time duration of the engagement can be upto 1 month and frequent travels, if there are simultaneous engagements.

Experience: 1+ years relevant experience in experience in SAP SF implementations with exposure to system development, analysis and testing, including at least 1 year cloud based SAP projects and payroll integrations,
Experience working with PA, OM, Payroll, Time and attendance Roles authorization, 1+ years experience in build configuration for SuccessFactors in LMS + any other module will be an added advantage, Hands on experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors, Valid certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS; any other module will be an added advantage.
Knowledge Other skills: Good working knowledge of IT services and system development,
Excellent HCM best practice knowledge,
Broad technical appreciation including ALL key SAP functionality and technology,
Multiple industry domain knowledge preferable but not mandatory,
