Role: SAP SF EC Benefits Years of Experience: Senior Associate

minimum - 5 - 9 years of experience

Position Requirements

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits implementation project experience at least 2 projects.

● At least two implementation projects where the candidate was the lead technical consultant for Employee Central Benefits.

● Strong understanding of integration between Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central and SAP ECC Desired Knowledge

● Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits configuration

● Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules

● Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations

● Experience in wallet configuration.

● Experience in configuring 401K plan/Saving plans US specific. ● Able to collaborate and communicate with clients ● Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team ● Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project ● Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning ● Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits projects ● Experience leading client workshops ● Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users Desired Skills Must have skills ● Full life cycle implementation experience ● Strong Global Benefits knowledge ● Experience in handling historical Benefit data ● Understanding of key roles in EC Benefits and differentiation of role using EC RBP. ● Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice ● Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Good to have skills ● Should be good in team handling ● Good knowledge of Integration center ● Exposure to CPI connectors Professional and Educational Background Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization. Minimum domain experience is preferable.
