Experience 5+ years’ relevant experience in SAP HCM & Success Factors Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 1.0 with exposure to system development, analysis and testing. Hands on experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors on above modules and integration, Valid certifications in SuccessFactors EC , RCM & Onboarding 1.0; any other module will be an added advantage.
• Prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Analyze business/functional requirements and provide solutions
• Work closely with various teams in prioritizing and completing the tasks to meet the SLA
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
• The candidate should be able to work independently with the customers.
• Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
• In-depth experience in every stage of Consulting right from Presales, Planning, Requirement Gathering through Effective Workshops, Fit-gap Analysis, Estimation, Scoping, Functional Specification, Solution Designing.

• Configuration of Employee Central (EC) Foundation Data and Employee Data.
• Excellent knowledge Position Management / Global assignments and Concurrent Employment.
• Integration center to send the data to legacy third party applications.
• Excellent knowledge on Integration to S/4 HANA system
• Concepts of RBP/Role Based Permissions.
• Configuration of generic Objects (MDF).
• Exposure on Events & Event Reasons.
• Position Management.
• Configuration of Business rules, page view, custom fields and Portlets.
• Configuration of Succession and Corporate Data Models.
• Configuration of Workflows, Meta Data Framework (MDF) objects, Business configuration views.
• Responsible for quarterly release validation and implementation on opt in features.
• Configuration of Picklists and background elements.

Onboarding 1.0
• Should work on end-to-end configurations.
