Experience required: 5-7 Years
SuccessFactors experience Minimum 2 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central.
Must be certified Should have an in-depth understanding of EC data models Should be adept in configuring EC workflows, writing complex business rules Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors.
