Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors – Compensation module in EC integrated instance
• Implementation of compensation projects (min 3 implementations)
• Stakeholder management

Roles and Responsibility:
• Provide technical support throughout the project till closure of the comp cycle (Oct 2024 till Mar 2025)
• Collaborate with System Management team on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs.
• Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by System Management team.
• Provide technical expertise in resolving issues during the tenure of the One Review comp cycle.
• Post go-live hyper care support for the period of the comp cycles ~ 3 weeks .
• Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours to cover the Europe and US time zone during go-live.
• Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
• Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
• Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
• Compensation ONE Review process is one of the very critical processes in the organization .
