Job Purpose
• Responsible for designing and developing HR technology solutions specifically in reference to SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC – Core, Analytics.
• Resolve & help implement ongoing issues and change requests.
• Collaborate with respective stakeholders in HR, IT, Finance etc. to understand the requirements & develop the same.
• Evaluate implemented functionalities, integrations, do fit-gap analysis, recommend & implement changes.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Activities
• Experience in design & implementation of SAP SuccessFactors module for Employee Central.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.

Design & Development
• Experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Centre (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have
• worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
• Experience in creating a detailed blueprint, developing solutions, and providing application support for SAP Analytics areas: BW on HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Business Objects (BO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Datasphere/ SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC)
• Develop solutions for SAP Analytics requirements.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, following best practices.
• Lead testing and defect resolution of implemented SAP Analytics solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
• Monitor the existing systems and processes and recommend upgradations and modifications as and when required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Involved in preparing the Process Documents and Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering workshops.
• Involved in Cut Over activities, preparations for Go-Live and Hypercare activities.

Team Management
• Carry out collaboration between Business Users and software providers.
• Support, nurture, and develop the team members’ skills.

Educational And Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in HR technology design and development, preferably within an enterprise architecture and governance setting.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and systems, including HRIS, talent management, learning management, and workforce analytics.
• SAP Certified Associate – Data Analyst – SAP Analyst Cloud.
• Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage.
