Job Title: HR Generalist (Consultant role)

Payroll Company: Osheanire
Location: Bengaluru, Hybrid (1 day/week at MG Road office)
Work Model: Hybrid: 1 day in-office (MG Road) and 4 days remote
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA - ₹4.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and administer employee benefits (PF, ESIC, health insurance).
Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance systems and handle employee leave queries.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals and probation tracking.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities and address employee grievances.
Training & Development: Plan and training programs and provide feedback.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or Operations roles.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
