The HR Executive will manage a variety of HR functions, focusing on employee onboarding, internal recruitment, document verification, and HR database management. This role supports payroll processes and ensures efficient day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Onboard new employees, including completing paperwork, setting up payroll, and enrolling in benefits.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, especially recruiters, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Collect and verify employee documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain employee records, manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and ensure the HR database is accurate.
Assist with month-end payroll processing, verifying claims, and managing employee benefits and payroll components.
Update staff leave records, process expense claims, and handle administrative tasks related to employee management.
Address employee inquiries, resolve minor issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist in other HR tasks and projects as required.
General adminstartion duties of office.
Participate in HR events, represent the company, and help promote the company culture externally.
Organize office functions and employee engagement activities to foster team spirit.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
