Job profile: The profile of HR Generalist is to handle all HR related operations right from employee recruitment to exit. Previous HR experience is a must. Qualification: Any degree Responsibilities: Hiring: Coordinate various hiring activities by taking E2E responsibility. This would involve sourcing candidates from various channels, candidate follow-up, scheduling interviews and ensure positions are getting closed on time On-boarding: Perform all employee on-boarding activities. This would involve offer letter distribution, joining formalities etc. Followed by that, complete employee life cycle activities need to be performed using centralized HRMS (Leave management, Compensation change roll-outs, Exit formalities etc..) HR Policies: Maintain company HR policies and keep them updated by working closely with Senior HR & management. Create new policy / compliance documents as and when required Employee engagement activities: Coordinate various employee engagement activities (All hands meeting, team events, employee survey etc..) to maintain a motivated and positive work environment Skill-set requirement: Should have previous experience of recruiting or similar HR responsibilities Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in usage of various office applications (word, excel, powerpoint) Experience: 3+ years of experience
