Job Description: Handling Hire to retire employee life cycle Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Ensure compliance with HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records Organizing and maintaining files and records. Data entry and database management. Arranging training sessions for development of various skills Knowledge of labour laws for registrations under shops and establishment act and other registrations like PT, PF, ESIC Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records. Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and updating HR policies and procedures Play a proactive role in recruitment, managing hiring, writing job descriptions, placing job ads, coordinating interviews, and participating in selection. Preparation & Submission of PF &ESIC Challans Handle Employees KYC, Missing Details, Exit Date Process on EPFO portal.
