Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai (Onsite only)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job publishing on multiple platforms, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Organize and conduct employee recognition (RnR) and welfare activities.
Handle payroll and related administrative tasks.
Collaborate with leadership on various HR initiatives and projects.


Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience in mass hiring and HR operations, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
