About the Company:

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that builds innovative apps to help Shopify stores improve their website shopping experiences. Our solutions enable e-commerce businesses to enhance site functionality, customer engagement, and conversion rates. As we expand our team, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee and manage all human resources activities and support our company’s growth and culture.



Role Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in fostering a productive and positive work environment. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people and organizational development and can balance strategic HR initiatives with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Provide support to employees on HR-related queries, including policies, benefits, and career development.

• Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive work environment.

• Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Foster a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities, events, and training programs.

• Maintain accurate HR records and data in accordance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.



Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a fast-paced, tech or SaaS environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration).

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
