Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce planning and developing talent strategies to support our growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business needs assessments to guide resource allocation decisions. Collaborate with business leaders to identify top talent and enhance workforce planning. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. Analyze resource utilization to optimize workforce allocation across departments. Design and facilitate soft skill development training programs for candidates. Execute outreach efforts, including cold emails and calls to potential business partners. Required Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with cold emailing and outreach strategies. Project management and organizational skills. Strategic planning abilities to support business growth. Qualifications: MBA Degree in Relevant Domain, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in HR or business development.
