To oversee the end-to-end case management process of Disciplinary Action Process, background verification discrepancies, and general employee relations across India. The role involves acting as a key advisor to HR Business Partners while ensuring adherence to policies, including POSH compliance, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and fairly.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee disputes, workplace misconduct, and violations of company policies.
Collaborate with management to mediate conflicts and provide recommendations for resolution.
Manage and investigate employee compliance-related cases, including allegations of policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and unethical behavior.
Conduct interviews, collect evidence, and document findings in a thorough, timely, and objective manner.
Ensure that the organization’s policies and procedures are consistently applied and enforced.
Assist in the development and refinement of HR compliance policies, including employee handbooks, code of conduct, and disciplinary guidelines.


Risk Management & Reporting:

Identify and assess compliance risks related to employee behavior, workplace culture, and HR processes.
Generate comprehensive reports on compliance issues, trends, and case outcomes, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.
Report to management and senior leadership on high-risk cases and emerging compliance issues.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of all compliance cases in line with legal requirements and company standards.


Employee Training & Education:

Develop and facilitate compliance training programs to educate employees and management on key policies, legal standards, and ethical conduct.
Ensure employees are aware of channels for reporting non-compliance and the procedures for handling grievances and concerns.
Update training content based on emerging legal trends, company policy changes, and compliance case findings.


Confidentiality & Ethical Standards:

Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal privacy policies when managing and documenting compliance cases.
Foster a workplace environment that prioritizes ethical behavior, transparency, and fairness.


POSH Compliance:

Managing end to end POSH Compliance from Backend Perspective. Executing Final Panel recommendation and Action to be taken.
Drafting Investigation inquiry report, Archiving documentation, Evaluation and Feedback


Desired Skills:



Graduation in Human resources

2-3 years of experience in HR Compliance

Excellent communication skills

Well versed in MS Office
