Education & experience • French Language Certification B1 or B2 mandatory • Graduate / post-graduate degree in accounting / finance required • Close to 2 years in a Finance function therein desired • Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre environment preferred Key skills • Strong Customer Relationship management skills • Strong Data Interpretation ability • Strong ability of developing and delivering high quality management information • Numerate with good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities • Strong understanding of basic fundamentals of accounting essential • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively • Ability to handle process escalations, identify issues and risks and propose resolution • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team Technical Competencies • Exposure to ERP applications like SAP/ARIBA desirable • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required • Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications Language Skills • Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing • Fluency in French – Speaking, Reading and Writing • Other European languages are an advantage
