Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred

Role - 1. Manage Multiple branches in Gujrat

2. Lead and support to align with organizational goals.

3. Monitor performance, implementing strategies for improvement.

4. Manage budgets, revenue targets and financial performance, conducting regular reviews.

5.Enhance customer experience, Ensure customer satisfaction& customer service

6. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

7. Mentor staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills needed -

1. 5+ years in branch or regional management.

2. 3 Years in stock market

3.Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. proficient in MIS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
