We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CQ HP ALM IBM Rational ClearCase TestStand and LabVIEW. Experience in Customer Premises Equipment is a plus. The role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain software solutions using CQ HP ALM IBM Rational ClearCase TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Ensure that all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new software projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing software applications.
• Implement best practices in software development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the design and architecture of new software solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software projects.
• Perform testing and validation of software to ensure it meets the required specifications.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in CQ HP ALM IBM Rational ClearCase TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in Customer Premises Equipment is a plus.
