Responsibilities:
• Read through original documents and rewrite it in the target language (Russian or English), ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
• Convert Russian Technical / Non-Technical Documents to English and vice versa.
• Translate content within documents, web pages, and software.
• Provide quality assurance for the translation process.
• Able to interpret accurately.
• Drafting letters in Russian & English Language.
• Speak to Customer/Consultant/Vendors to understand the requirements.
• To Carry out work independently while adhering to corporate procedures and norms, as well as company policy.
• Use of Translation software’s if required.
• Proofread and edit final translated versions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on quality.
• Teaching the Russian language to other team members if required.
• Using of Document Management System like EIP/EDMS etc as required.
• Keep proper records for all documents.
• Familiar with MS office to translate the documents in same format.
• Coaching Russian language to Engineers

Technical Expertise

Translator should also have the following engineering expertise.
• An overall understanding of all discipline (Electrical, Civil & Structural, Mechanical and Instrumentation) design aspects & Co-ordination.
• Sub-Station & Process plant engineering co-ordination.
• Engineering Progress monitoring & Weekly/monthly report preparation/submission to all stakeholders on regular basis
