Position Summary: Tudip Digital, looking for passionate Korean language experts who have certification level TOPIK II and above Qualification Required: • Ready to work in shifts • Minimum 2 Years of experience is required. • Resolve Customer queries, escalations & handle critical situations. • Manages email, chats, calls from customers in Korean Language. • Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner. • Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets. • Stay updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system. • Engineering degree is a HUGE plus but not mandatory. • Exposure to cloud platforms is again a HUGE plus but not mandatory. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Experience: • Korean: 1 year (Required)
