Need to communicate Japanese to N4 level Non-technical Support Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Languages Known: English, Tamil and Japanese (N4 level) Respond to customer inquiries (English and Japanese) via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and resolve technical issues raised by customer or internal users. Collaborate with your teammates to improve support processes and procedures. Provide comments to the team based on your customer insights and experiences.
