We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Japanese Communication Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating effective communication between our Japanese and English-speaking teams, ensuring seamless project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both Japanese language and business practices, with a focus on translation and interpretation.

Responsibilities:
• Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings and discussions involving Japanese and English speakers.
• Coordinate and assist in the execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Act as a bridge between Japanese and English-speaking team members, facilitating clear communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize Japanese language skills to enhance communication effectiveness within the team.
• Maintain cultural sensitivity and awareness to foster positive working relationships.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination.
• MBA (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in IT/software project coordination is highly desirable.
