Job Description • We’re looking for a dedicated Italian language expert to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our Italian clients. • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients Job Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management of B2B Italian clients • Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication • Order Processing in ERP System(SAP) • Process online orders and back orders • Provide support for marketing campaigns Qualifications Excellent Communication skill in Italian Language - C1/C2 Level Experience is customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage Other Benefits • PF • Gratuity • Health Insurance • Leave encashment • Fixed Saturday & Sunday off Full time Customer Service
