The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors at Ayursiha Hospital. This role requires fluency in Arabic to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking guests and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in Arabic and English.
• Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about hospital services, procedures, and policies to guests.
• Feedback Management: Gather feedback from patients and visitors to improve service quality and address any issues promptly.
• Crisis Management: Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as necessary.
• Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with diverse guests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
