Position- Senior Recruiting Coordinator (Spanish)

Experience- 1-3 Years

Shift Mode- 24*7 (Night Shift)

5 Days work from office + Both Side Cab facility

Job Responsibilities-
• To achieve the target assigned within agreed quality and timelines
• Prior experience in international Customer Service is mandatory
• Right work attitude and the ability to complete tasks correctly the first time.
• Prior experience in customer handling and operations is preferred
• International voice process, voice process, customer service experience preferred
• Strong ability to multitask, effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks
• Ability to maintain composure in escalated or high-volume situations

Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate in any stream.
• More than 6 months of relevant experience in International Customer Service in Spanish language.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Should be willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
• Proficient in Spanish Language
