Job Description • We’re looking for an organized and self-driven Accountant to join our growing team at our company. • The candidate will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day accounting and financials. Job Responsibilities • Communication with stakeholders and customers. • Resolving Accounting queries of customers and suppliers. • AP Invoicing from mailbox (sent by the controllers). • AP invoicing from mailbox (sent by the suppliers). (a) Checking of Invoice. (b) Sending for approval to the controllers. (c) Recording of invoice after approval. • Checking paid / unpaid AP invoices. • Maintaining and updating excel file for payment of AP invoices. • Creditors accounts reconciliation. • Supplier Credit notes accounting. • Records for despatch. • Communication with Vendors regarding the Invoices. • Inkasso Management. Qualifications • 5+ years accounting experience. • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent. • Knowledge of Indian GAAP. • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills. • Additional experience in Audit and International accounting. • SAP knowledge preferable.
