We’re looking for a dedicated Relationship manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our German clients.

Job Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management of B2B German clients.
• Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication.
• Order Processing in ERP System (SAP).
• Process online orders and back orders.
• Provide support for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
• Excellent Communication skill in German Language - C1/C2 Level.
• Experience is customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service.
• Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage.
