• Fluent in German and English (speaking/reading/writing) to effectively communicate with the German team and stakeholders.
• Utilize organizational project systems knowledge to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
• Process internal and external requests for documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with transformation leaders to support planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of program outcomes.
• Provide crucial support in the creation of proposals, MIS reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Work second-in-command to the Manager and take care of all duties in their absence
• Assist the Manager with operational issues
• Prepare and file forms and other documents
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Analyse all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
