Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries in German and French via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Provide product/service information, troubleshooting, and guidance.
4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and database updates.
7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in German and French languages (spoken and written).
2. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
3. 0-1 year of customer service experience (international experience a plus).
4. Strong phone etiquette and email writing skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
