Your Role:
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
To answer the queries pertaining to regulatory & certificate requirements
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The senior analyst should be responsible for coordinating the response to a customer questionnaire request in collaboration with the appropriate departments (regulatory, sales, legal, logistics, etc.) in German as well as English language.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Provide timely responses to the regulatory enquiries.
• Enhance our product information databases by documenting technical information from customer interactions.
• Provide solutions based on customer needs and research interests.
• Document errors and information the responsible department for changes in company electronic and printed publications.
• Document all customer interactions and requests for products.
• Contribute to company/department operations and process improvement efforts.
• Recommend and participate in process improvement studies.
• Actively participate on intra- and inter-departmental teams as assigned.
• Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
• Exemplary attendance and adherence to schedule.
• To maintain the image of organization as a source of scientific information, to function as a leader in Life Science and High Technology, and to promote our obsession with service
Who You Are:
Education:
MSc Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ any equivalent degree in Life science
Experience:
1-3 years in R&D/Lab/Institute or Technical services of life science or chemical industry.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
• Solve queries on time with content in your response that allows us to resolve the claims of our clients. Ability to present solutions in friendly user language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understand the basics and needs of good communication in the process.
• Proactive
• Manage time efficiently
• Analytical & problem-solving ability
• Customer centric orientation
• Knowledge of ISO preferred
Behavioral Competencies:
• Advanced in Interpersonal skills, Problem solving, Planning & execution.

ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS
Should be flexible to work in European Time Zone
Should be proficient in German language.
