Job Title: French Language Customer Service (Voice Process)

• Candidate should have professional experience of 6 Months and should be a DELF C1 certified.

Job Description:

Grace Staffing Services seeks a skilled French Language Interpreter for our voice process in the travel sector. This position is based in our Thane, Mumbai office and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate interpretation in French and English for travel-related inquiries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and service level agreements.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency:
• French: C1 - C2 level
• English: C3 - C2 level

Qualifications:
• Minimum HSC with 6 months of relevant experience OR fresh graduates with strong French and English skills.

Experience:
• Prior interpretation experience preferred but not mandatory.

Interview Process:
• HR Interview
• AMCAT Assessment
• Written Test
• Operations Round

Work Schedule:
• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational weekly offs
