We are seeking a qualified and passionate French Teacher to join our esteemed Cambridge school in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching French language and literature, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum framework. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment and helping students develop their French language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching: Deliver engaging French lessons that cater to the needs of students following the Cambridge curriculum. Use a variety of instructional techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of all students.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update the French language curriculum in alignment with the Cambridge guidelines. Plan and execute lessons that reflect the curriculum goals and student needs.
• Assessment: Design, prepare, and administer regular assessments to evaluate students’ progress and understanding of the subject. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Student Support: Offer additional support to students as needed, including extra classes or tutoring sessions. Encourage and support student participation in French language activities and competitions.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized, student-friendly, and interactive classroom environment. Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in language teaching and curriculum standards. Engage in collaborative planning and professional learning communities.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and school administration regarding student progress, curriculum updates, and any other relevant information.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in French or a related field. A Master’s degree or teaching credential is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching French, preferably within a Cambridge school or international curriculum environment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in French language and literature.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods.

Preferred:
• Experience in Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) curriculum.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into teaching practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
