Responsibilities:

- Implement and administer performance management processes (goal-setting, evaluations, improvement plans).

- Serve as a point of contact for employee suggestions and concerns related to engagement.

- Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity through engagement initiatives.

- Stay updated on best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve strategies.- Assist with recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks).

- Coordinate new employee onboarding (orientation, paperwork).

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

- Address employee inquiries and conduct investigations.

- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
