The Senior HR Executive will oversee and manage the HR functions of our international school, ensuring that all HR practices align with school policies and international standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR management, particularly in educational settings. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in MCB (my class board) applications to streamline HR processes and enhance communication within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the schools goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the HR Head to create and execute policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Oversee the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the schools staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for staff on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee development and alignment with school objectives.
Provide training and development programs to enhance staff skills and competencies.

Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure that the school adheres to all local, national, and international HR laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
MCB Apps Management:
Utilize MCB applications to enhance HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee communication.
Provide training and support to staff on the use of MCB apps and ensure effective implementation.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR functions.
Staff Engagement and Culture:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes staff engagement and satisfaction.
Organize and coordinate staff events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations along with statutory.
Proficiency in MCB apps and other HR software systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Additional Information:
The position may require occasional travel to different school locations or for training purposes.
