- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention. - Lead or advise on high-impact, cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that align with business priorities and drive measurable results. - Develop and implement strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Build relationships with internal HR centers of excellence and business partners to ensure consistent delivery of HR services, programs, and policies. - Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and HR partners on HR-related decisions. - Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support HR initiatives and ensure successful adoption by employees. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment laws, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies and programs.
