Role & responsibilities;
• Proven work experience as an HR Operation and Recruitment
• Consut with the line manager and provide daily HR Guidence.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Onboarding & Join Formalities
• Employee life cycle activity (Onboarding to Exit).
• Experience with sourcing techniques from various sources
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Maintaining all the level employees physical documents & records and Data Base..
• Exprience to handle HRMS portal.
• Collaborate with line managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
• HR generalist role
