Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage a variety of HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee records, payroll, compliance, and recruitment processes. They will also play a key role in maintaining employee satisfaction, managing grievances, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
• Handling employee record and pay roll software
• Attendance & leave record Maintenance
• Petty cash Management
• Asset management & maintenance
• Handling housekeeping & security related activities in the organization
• Maintenance of statutory & compliance records
• Working & remittance of statutories (ESI, PF, PT, Mediclaim etc)
• Liaison with Govt Department & Private Institutions, for renewal of Certificate & Licence
• Preparing company policies & procedures
• Handle Insurance, AMC & other Company related renewals
• High ability on problem-solving & crises management
• Independently handle recruitment and on boarding process
• Orientation & probation period monitoring
• Mentoring & motivation of employees
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Handle employees exit process

Preferred Candidate
• Male / Female
• Below 50 years
• Graduate
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Willing to take up multitasking
• A good standard of written and verbal English communication
• Computer savvy - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Power point, email
• Exposure to social media, Facebook, Instagram, Digital Marketing etc
