Moon Mart is a leading retail business based in Mannadi, Chennai, specializing in a wide range of home essential products. With multiple stores strategically located in the region, Moon Mart has become a trusted name for quality household goods, offering customers convenience and affordability.

HR Roles and Responsibility:

1. Manage employee daily attendance and leave formalities. Coordinate with management for the sales team leave approvals.

2. Communicate absentee’s details to store in-charge/ Management.

3. Montor admin activities and allocate man power for the respective works.

4. Monitor staff movements and authorize the employee permissions.

5. Prepare a weekly and monthly salary details. Collect approvals from management.

6. Manage to filling employee ESI and PF details through online portals.

7. Prepare a plan to implement HR policies in the organization. Analyse gaps and find proper solution to implement policies.

8. Get department wise manpower requirements based on skills and experience.

9. Create job posts through online portals and source resumes from internal and external sources.

10. Conduct first level screening based on qualification and experience. Coordinate with management and candidates to schedule the interviews

11. Prepare offer letter for selected candidates and send official communication with candidates.

12. Collect all the required documents from candidates before joining and create employee files.

13. Responsible to schedule induction training and department training. Collect training feedback from employees.

14. Conduct quarterly qualitative review to analyse employee performance. File the evaluation reports.

15. Get employee queries and grievances. Sort out all the queries with HR Manager / Management guidance.

Requirements:

Above 1 year HR experience required

Preferred male candidates

Location – Mannadi, Chennai

Education – PG/UG (MBA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
