Ø Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.,) of each employee.
Ø Maintaining HR records, such as those related to attendance, compensation, health and medical insurance etc,. and ensuring timely renewal.
Ø Maintaining statutory records - PF, ESIC, Taxes, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus etc.,
Ø Preparation of salary statement.
Ø Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary slip.
Candidate Profile
• An MBA graduate with minimum of 2 years experience in HR Recruitment, Payroll Management, Statutory and Compliance.
• Experience in working in plant/factory will be an added advantage.
