Job Summary:

The HRIS Manager will lead and manage all our Global People Systems and will be in charge of our data and analytics across all the regions we operate in. This individual must be a strategic and tactical leader, with a track record of success as we need this person to focus on ensuring data consistency and accuracy in addition to bringing in best practices on data analytics. This position will be responsible for ensuring Chargebee’s people data practices are best in class, compliant and meet the needs of our ever evolving global footprint. This position will act as the liaison in resolving complex business opportunities with internal and external partners.. The role requires a candidate with ability to manage and improve the systems and operations (performance metrics, internal controls, compliance, automation…) as well as to manage transformation projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and configure system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HRBP, Total rewards, Talent acquisition) for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation.
• Develops strategy and plans to successfully execute on the process enhancements/upgrades to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HR systems & processes including EOR (Employer of Record) , gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs and testing.
• Support Talent Acquisition with leadership and other hiring status reports
• Manage TA MIS on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and work with key stakeholders to improve them
• Support with administration of Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Work with FP&A on recruiting expense payouts
• Solve complex technical issues, has a strong hold and comfort with automation and has a passion for data and analytics.
• Work closely with project teams on new initiatives that involve changes and/or enhancements.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organizing necessary resources.

Skills and Experience:
• An ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of Hr systems and analytics experience with an exposure to setting up and configuring HRIS systems. SAP SuccessFactors Experience will be added advantage
• Experience in talent acquisition reporting and analytics
• This is a global role and requires diligence and flexibility in managing workflow and internal customer support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy with the team and stakeholders.
• Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the sprint lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
• Manage Global HR compliance ensuring we have best practices in places across our people processes.
