Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Kasplo in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and HR management tasks. This role involves overseeing benefits packages, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
