1. Starts when receive manpower requirements from any functional head, posting the requirements till induction is done.

2. Monitoring throughout the probation period

3. Starts when the resignation is approved or accepted by the HOD till the exit is done as per the process.

4. Campus recruitments in top colleges of Jaipur, IITs and IIMs
