Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process,
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and social compliances.
• Qualifications:
• Graduate or equivalent degree
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and social compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
