• Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment.
• Responsible for sourcing Profiles from Different Portals.
• Doing Screening and then Taking Telephonic Rounds.
• Making Offer to Candidates selected in the Interview, Discussion Of Salary.
• Joining Formalities and Induction.
• Collecting Background verification Documents, Id, Qualification Documents.
• Good Communication Skills.
